Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Small tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken Diced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  2. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese and chicken, then top with another tortilla.
  3. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  4. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, then cut into quarters.
