  • 12 Mini bell peppers halved and seeded
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each mini bell pepper half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the filled peppers on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
