  • 12 pieces Vanilla wafers
  • 16 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 units Eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Place a vanilla wafer at the bottom of each liner.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the wafers, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until set. Allow to cool completely before serving.
