- 12 pieces Mini Bell Peppers halved and seeded
- 1 cup Cream Cheese softened
- 0.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff each mini bell pepper half with the cheese mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
