Main Ingredients
- 500 g Mixed dried fruit
- 250 g Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Allspice
- 1 cup Apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Suet
- 1 cup Brandy
1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
2. Cook over low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
3. Allow to cool, then transfer to sterilized jars.
4. Store in a cool, dark place until ready to use.
