Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Mixed dried fruit
  • 250 g Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Allspice
  • 1 cup Apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Suet
  • 1 cup Brandy

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. 2. Cook over low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Allow to cool, then transfer to sterilized jars.
  4. 4. Store in a cool, dark place until ready to use.
