Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Raisins
- 2 cups Currants
- 1 cup Chopped Apples
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Suet
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Allspice
- 1 cup Brandy
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens, about 1 hour.
Remove from heat and let cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
