Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g minced chicken
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 400 g diced tomatoes 1 can
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add minced chicken, cook until browned.
  4. Add bell pepper, salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano. Stir well.
  5. Pour in diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Simmer for 20 minutes.
