  • 1 cup Unsalted butter cold, cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup Cold water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. 2. Add cold butter cubes and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. 3. Gradually add cold water, mixing until dough forms.
  4. 4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and fold into thirds. Repeat this process 3 times.
  5. 5. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before using.
  6. 6. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes.
  7. 7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
