Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix crust ingredients and press into a pie dish.
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
In a saucepan, heat milk until warm.
Mix sugar, flour, and cornstarch. Add to milk and cook until thickened.
Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Let cool slightly.
Whisk in beaten eggs. Pour into crust.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool before serving.
