Instructions
1. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sugar and corn syrup. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
3. Stir in peanuts and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes until light brown.
4. Stir in butter and vanilla extract. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Quickly stir in baking soda until light and foamy.
6. Pour mixture onto the greased baking sheet and spread evenly.
7. Let cool for 30 minutes, then break into pieces.
