Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar plus extra for rolling
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup pecans finely chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream butter and ½ cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add flour and pecans, mixing until well combined.
  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  7. Cool slightly, then roll in additional powdered sugar.
