Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine tamarind pulp, sugar, chili powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the sides of the pan.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. 4. Roll the mixture into small balls or spread it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool completely.
  5. 5. Once cooled, cut into pieces if spread out, and enjoy!
