  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, taco seasoning, crushed tortilla chips, salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, and chopped onion.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
