Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ cup chopped onion
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, taco seasoning, crushed tortilla chips, salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, and chopped onion.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
Bake for 60 minutes or until fully cooked.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
