Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Salsa

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the pork and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the cumin, chili powder, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  5. 5. Spoon the pork mixture onto each tortilla. Top with cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and salsa. Roll up and serve.
