Mexican Casserole Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make Mexican casserole that's perfect for any meal.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Corn drained
- 1 cup Salsa
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 10 oz Tortilla Chips crushed
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir until well combined.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef mixture, black beans, corn, and salsa.
Spread a layer of crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a baking dish.
Pour the beef mixture over the chips and spread evenly.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
