Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 10 oz Tortilla Chips crushed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir until well combined.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef mixture, black beans, corn, and salsa.
  5. Spread a layer of crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Pour the beef mixture over the chips and spread evenly.
  7. Top with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
