Ingredients 

Cake Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt honey, sugar, and butter.
  3. Remove from heat, add baking soda.
  4. Beat eggs and add to the mixture.
  5. Gradually add flour to form dough.
  6. Divide dough into 6-8 pieces, roll out each piece.
  7. Bake each layer for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Mix sour cream and heavy cream for frosting.
  9. Layer the cake with frosting.
  10. Let it sit overnight in the fridge.
