Mediterranean Salmon Recipe
A delicious and healthy Mediterranean-style salmon dish.

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 whole Lemon sliced
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Brush the olive oil mixture over the salmon fillets.
Place lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve warm with your favorite side dish.
