Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add kale and cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and olives, cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with feta cheese before serving.
