Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add kale and cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and olives, cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with feta cheese before serving.
