Meatball Stroganoff Recipe
A hearty and comforting dish featuring tender meatballs in a creamy mushroom sauce served over egg noodles.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 8 oz egg noodles
Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned.
Remove meatballs and set aside. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until tender.
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly.
Return meatballs to skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until heated through.
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Serve meatballs and sauce over noodles.
Garnish with parsley.
