Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
  4. 4. Add the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. 5. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
