Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Matcha Powder
  • 1 cup Hot Water for dissolving matcha
  • 24 pieces Ladyfingers

Instructions 

  1. 1. Dissolve matcha powder in hot water and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. 4. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. 5. Dip ladyfingers in the cooled matcha mixture and layer them in a baking dish.
  6. 6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. 7. Repeat the layers and finish with a dusting of matcha powder on top.
  8. 8. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
