Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Matcha powder
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix matcha powder with a bit of milk to form a smooth paste.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the remaining milk, sugar, and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the matcha paste and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the pudding into serving cups and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
