Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 packet Gelatin unflavored
  • 2 tablespoon Water cold

Instructions 

  1. 1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and whisk in matcha powder and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. 4. Add the gelatin mixture to the saucepan and stir until completely dissolved.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into bowls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
