Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease lightly with butter or oil.
  5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
