Ingredients 

Cheesecake Base

  • 200 g Digestive biscuits crushed
  • 100 g Butter melted

Cheesecake Filling

  • 500 g Cream cheese softened
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Matcha powder
  • 3 units Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter and press into the base of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the matcha powder, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. Pour the filling over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Let it cool completely before removing from the pan and serving.
