Frosting Ingredients
- 8 oz Mascarpone cheese softened
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Powdered sugar sifted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth.
Gradually add the heavy cream, beating continuously until the mixture begins to thicken.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until the frosting is thick and fluffy.
Use immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
