Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lump Crab Meat
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 unit Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, Old Bay seasoning, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, beaten egg, and chopped parsley.
  2. Form the mixture into 8 patties.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
