1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried basil. Stir well to combine.
4. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and let it cook for about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
6. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top.
7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
