Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 4 pieces Venison Steaks about 6 oz each
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Place venison steaks in the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the steaks from the marinade and grill them for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
