Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, dried oregano, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. 3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. 4. Remove the pork from the marinade and place it in a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. 5. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
