Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and black pepper.

4. Bake the pork chops for 25-30 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
5. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
