  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Place pork chops in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. 4. Bake the pork chops for 25-30 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. 5. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
