Maple Pecan Pumpkin Pie
A delicious fall dessert combining the flavors of maple, pecan, and pumpkin.

Filling
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- ½ cup Maple syrup
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 3 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Topping
- 1 cup Pecans chopped
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, maple syrup, brown sugar, beaten eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
Pour the filling into the pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix chopped pecans and maple syrup. Spread this mixture over the pie.
Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the topping is golden and the filling is set.
Let the pie cool before serving.
