  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Butter cut into pieces
  • 1 cup Pecans chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grease a baking dish and set aside.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cream, and maple syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. 3. Once the mixture reaches 235°F (113°C) on a candy thermometer, remove from heat and stir in butter and pecans.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and let it cool completely.
  5. 5. Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
