Instructions
1. Grease a baking dish and set aside.

3. Once the mixture reaches 235°F (113°C) on a candy thermometer, remove from heat and stir in butter and pecans.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and let it cool completely.
5. Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
