- 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 3 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the maple syrup, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
3. Add the carrots and toss to coat.
4. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are tender and glazed.
5. Serve warm.
