Ingredients

  • 2 cups Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine the maple syrup, heavy cream, and brown sugar.
  2. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture reaches 235°F (113°C) on a candy thermometer.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla extract.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and let it cool for 2 hours.
  5. 5. Cut into squares and serve.
