- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Brown sugar packed
- ½ cup Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 units Eggs
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
