  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the carrots and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Pour in the maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the carrots.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan. Cook for another 15 minutes, or until the carrots are tender.
