Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Filling

  • 2 cups mango puree
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly. Add cold water and mix until dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into a tart pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool.
  4. In a saucepan, combine mango puree, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Let it cool.
  5. Pour the mango filling into the cooled crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
