Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced mango about 2 large mangoes
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 unit jalapeño pepper, minced optional
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. 2. Add the minced jalapeño pepper, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
