Main Ingredients
- 2 cups diced mango about 2 large mangoes
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 unit jalapeño pepper, minced optional
- 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
2. Add the minced jalapeño pepper, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
