  • 2 cups diced mango
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 loaf baguette sliced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  4. Bake the baguette slices for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Top each baguette slice with a spoonful of mango salsa. Serve immediately.
