Mango Pudding Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mango Puree fresh or canned
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Gelatin unflavored
- ¼ cup Water cold
1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
2. In a saucepan, heat milk and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
3. Add the bloomed gelatin to the milk mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Then, add mango puree and mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into serving bowls or molds. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
6. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
