- 1 cup Mango, diced
- 1 cup Pineapple, diced
- ½ cup Red bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Lime, juiced
- to taste Salt
In a large mixing bowl, combine mango, pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Add lime juice and salt to taste. Mix well.
Let the salsa sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
