Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted butter
  • 0.25 cup Sugar

Filling

  • 2 cups Fresh mango puree
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a saucepan, combine mango puree, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Stir in heavy cream.
  6. Pour the mango filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
