Mango Panna Cotta

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango puree fresh or canned
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Whole milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Gelatin unflavored
- ¼ cup Cold water
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat the cream, milk, and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
Blend the mango puree and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine the mango puree with the cream mixture. Pour into serving glasses.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.
