Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mango puree fresh or canned
- 1 cup Heavy cream chilled
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Gelatin optional, for a firmer texture
1. Blend the mango puree and sugar until smooth.
2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
3. Gently fold the mango puree into the whipped cream.
4. If using gelatin, dissolve it in a little warm water and mix into the mousse.
5. Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
