Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 packet Gelatin unflavored
  • 1 cup Mango Puree

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved.
  2. 2. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and whisk until completely dissolved.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Stir in mango puree.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. 5. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh mango slices.
