Mango Coconut Ice Cream

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Ripe mangoes, chopped
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. Blend the chopped mangoes until smooth.
2. Add coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
4. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
5. Scoop and serve.
