Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Mangoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mango slices and half of the sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and the remaining sugar.
Stir in the milk and melted butter until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
Spread the mango mixture evenly over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
