A rich and creamy Indian ice cream made with reduced milk, flavored with cardamom and nuts.

Main Ingredients
- 1 liter Full-fat milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons Chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
1. Pour the milk into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and bring it to a boil.
2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, until the milk reduces to half its original volume.
3. Add the sugar and cardamom powder, and continue to cook until the mixture thickens.
4. Stir in the chopped nuts and mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into freezer-safe molds and freeze until solid, about 6-8 hours.
6. To serve, remove the kulfi from the molds and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
