Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Coconut milk 400ml
  • 1 can Evaporated milk 370ml
  • 1 can Condensed milk 300ml
  • 1 cup Cornstarch
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Sweet corn kernels optional

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, evaporated milk, and condensed milk. Bring to a gentle boil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water. Add sugar and mix well.
  3. Gradually add the cornstarch mixture to the boiling milk mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  4. Continue to cook and stir until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
  5. Add sweet corn kernels if using, and mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
